Best Training Advice

Table time is the best with fellow armwrestlers. If you have no one to work with anything that simulates with straps or weights. Creativity. Also staying in good personnal health for the lang haul. long days or long matches.

Leaving this world as a hard working leave it all out there God loving father


All sports; coaching kids ball teams. playing and hunting/fishing (even though I have no time to do them. lol.)

Who inspires you and why?

My inspiration comes from any one in any activity who is years older then me and still doing what they love to great efficiency. Specifically in arm wrestling. My older mentors. Bert Whitfield and Jonny Walker

Your favorite Athlete other than yourself, and why?

Reggie White; played to extreme and still kept his faith true
