Armwrestling Style: Having one of the strongest top rolls in the 175 lb weight class, I have a very unique style of arm wrestling. the move is called "Fishing." It is designed to attack an opponents bottom 2 fingers, this move works particularly well against pullers trying to turn me in to a hook.

Biography
Started arm wrestling
Ive been training specifically for arm wrestling the past 3 years but Ive been competing at tournaments for 9 years.
Toughest opponent
The toughest opponent of my career has definitely been 3 time WAF World Champion Vazgen Soghoyan. Since he moved here from Armenia in 2006 it has been nothing more than a complete nightmare trying to figure him out. Vazgen's baseball size palm makes it very difficult for me to get a comfortable grip, and then add the fact his ability to wrist curl 305 lbs. Keep in mind this man is 5'7 at 143 pounds with a 17 inch forearm !!!!!! GOOD LUCK to all you rookies out there.
Toughest match
The toughest match and the biggest win of my life has got to be from 25 time WWC World Champion Allen Fisher. Taking Allen's hand, "flopping his wrist back", has got to be one of the most difficult tasks to accomplish in the 176 lb weight class. His hand, arm length, and forearm are the same size or bigger then most heavy weights. Having good genetics and the god given desire to win has been a huge part of Allen's success. It has been an honor to pull with such a great man, beating him will go down in history as one of my greatest wins.

Best training advice
Arm wrestling takes a tremendous about of Patience and passion to become the best. There is no such thing as over night success in this sport. If you think your training hard most likely your not. You will learn the most about Arm wrestling at practice against your teammates. There is no replacement for hand to hand training. When your not at practice, you should be doing a massive amount of Pull-Ups, Wrist Curls, and Hand Grippers. You will never be a successful Armwrestler without a strong hand and wrist.
What changes to the sport would you like to see?
I think TV coverage and more exposure of the sport would be good. The majority of the world thinks Armwrestling is some drunk red neck sport with no actual talent or training involved. If the public could only see the truth things might be different. Maybe one day MTV will do a true life episode on Armwrestling ;) but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Career Goals
My trainer and friend Eric Woelfel has been my inspiration. I am lucky to have had one of the smartest and strongest trainers in the sport.
